Use as required for everyday cooking, sautéing or tempering. Add to Kerala-style curries, vegetable preparations and chutneys for coconut flavour. Always use a clean, dry spoon when dispensing.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep the container tightly closed and prevent moisture from entering. Coconut oil may naturally solidify in cooler temperatures; this does not affect its quality. To liquefy, place the tightly closed container in lukewarm water.
