All our oils are of edible grade. However, the packaging of each oil is designed to suit its intended purpose, such as cooking, skincare, or haircare. Please check the packaging and product details of the oil you are purchasing to understand whether it is best suited for cooking or other applications.

Cold-pressed oils are extracted with zero or minimal heat, helping retain the oil’s natural flavour, aroma and nutrients. Non-cold-pressed oils may use heat and/or other extraction methods to improve oil yield and efficiency. The key difference is the method
of extraction.
