Grated Desiccated Coconut, Shallots, Tamarind, Curry Leaves, Coconut Oil (4.2%), Whole Red Chilli (3.9%), Iodised Salt (3.4%), Urad Dal, Red Gram, Asafoetida, Sugar (0.4%) and Fenugreek.

Serve alongside rice, kanji, idli or dosa. Mix with warm rice and a little coconut oil for a quick, flavourful meal. Alternatively, mix a serving of podi with a few drops of coconut oil and enjoy as an accompaniment. Always use a clean, dry spoon. Also served in Kerala style meals.

Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Follow the pack instructions for storage after opening and consume within the stated shelf life.
